Refund Policy

Due to the nature of coaching and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. For coaching packages, no refunds are issued once sessions have begun.

Session Cancellation and Rescheduling

We appreciate that things happen. Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a coaching session. Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and not refunded. If we must cancel or reschedule, we will provide reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methods remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or sell any resources without written consent.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, confidentiality may be broken if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

Website Use and Content

You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it. We are not responsible for technical or temporary unavailability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

Losses due to your actions or decisions
Business, financial, emotional, or health impacts
Indirect or consequential losses

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.
