We provide mindset, confidence, and transformational coaching services, digital products, courses and related resources. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

Eligibility

​

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services and purchase coaching programmes. Although our work is predominantly transforming the lives of women 40 years old and over, this is not exclusive of other women outside this age group. Please book in for a call and we will have a chat.

Any suggestions given are advice only and it is the responsibility of the client to ensure those suggestions are the right choice for them and their personal circumstances. Reclaim and Rise will not be held responsible or liable for any choices the client makes around medical, legal or financial decisions. Payments and Pricing

​

All prices listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. Full payment is required at time of purchase unless a payment plan is agreed. These are available upon request. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time.

Payment Plans

​

If using a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments. Failure to do so may result in removal from programmes and your account being passed to collection services if necessary. You will still be required to pay the remaining balance of your programme even if you decide our coaching is not for you and stop attending sessions.

Refund Policy

​

Due to the nature of coaching and digital products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. For coaching packages, no refunds are issued once sessions have begun.

Session Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

We appreciate that things happen. Please provide 24 hours’ notice to reschedule a coaching session. Missed sessions or sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and not refunded. If we must cancel or reschedule, we will provide reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methods remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or sell any resources without written consent.

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. However, confidentiality may be broken if required by law or if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.
