​Reclaim & Rise is a growing community of women who are ready to get out, meet people, try new things and make some bloody good memories along the way. We're women at different stages of life, with different stories and different reasons for being here. Some have come through divorce or separation. Some are navigating a big life change. Some have spent years putting everyone else first. Some simply want more and to have a life that feels exciting again.

You don't need to have a particular story to belong here. You just need to be a woman who thinks: "There's got to be more than this." And that's where Reclaim & Rise comes in.

Founded by Sarah, who felt lonely and was sick of waiting for plans to actually leave the group chat, Reclaim & Rise started with a nervous post on Facebook asking if any women fancied going for a walk. That one little post became a group, the group became a community - and thousands of women later, Reclaim & Rise is a place for like-minded, supportive women to connect, experience more and make memories together.

We bring women together through events, experiences, trips, conversations and opportunities to connect - creating spaces where you can come on your own, meet new people and feel part of something. No awkward networking. No pressure to fit in. No sitting at home waiting for someone else to make plans.
